Anyone who travels to Bali ABSOLUTELY MUST download this one app:
If you’ve never heard of it, that’s only because you haven’t been to Bali yet.
It’s the island’s own personal solution to Uber, Grubhub, Pharmeasy, and almost anything else you can think of to have personally delivered right to your door.
You’ll most often use it to order a “Go-Ride” or a taxi motorbike to get around the island cheaply and quickly… especially if you don’t rent your own motor scooter.
But you can also use it to order a “Go-Car” (a taxi) or a Go-Bluebird (another kind of taxi).
Then, there’s everything you can have delivered through the app; The options are almost endless:
- Go-Food
- Go-Clean (order a cleaning lady to come to your villa)
- Go-Med (you can have medicine delivered right to your door or, if you drank too much the night before and don’t want a hangover ruining your trip, you can have an IV delivered to your villa and a medical professional will get you set up and rehydrated in no time!)
- Go-Laundry.… and even
- Go-Massage
*Technically once you download GoJek, you’ll have to additionally download GoLife and Halodoc to access all the options available, but they’re all still listed in the GoJek App, so you can easily access them and remember everything that’s possible to have conveniently delivered to wherever you’re staying in Bali.
